Zen epitomizes the fine profession of club management.  He has been at Lehigh for 31 years, and everyday he restarts with his can do/members’ first attitude.  Walking into his club you just feel the friendly atmosphere from every staff person and club member you meet.  His nomination was supported by the club’s nine past presidents.

 

Zen has led his club in numerous facility improvement programs.  His dining program is par excellence in quality and profitability with successful offerings in casual, outdoor and formal à la carte offerings.  The club’s overall satisfaction rating from its members is a very high 96%.

 

Zen is a graduate of the State University of New York and is a certified Club Manager.  He and his wife, Patty, have 3 children and 2 grandchildren.
