Mr. Peter Schaub, CCM, ECM

Peter graduated from the Eli Broad School of Business at Michigan State University with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management in 1996. Upon graduation, he joined the management team at Houston Country Club in Houston, Texas as an Assistant Manager from 1996 to 1998 under William A. Schulz, MCM. Since 1998, Peter has been the Assistant General Manager at The California Club in Los Angeles, California. In March 2008, Harry G. Richter, CCM will be retiring as the General Manager after 24 years at The California Club and Peter has been selected by the Board of Directors to be his successor.

Peter received his Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in February 2001.

Peter is a second generation Club Manager as his father, Hans J. Schaub, CCM recently retired as the General Manager of The Minneapolis Club in Minneapolis, Minnesota after 25 years of service. His father also received the Excellence in Club Management™ Award in 2001.

Peter’s wonderful support team at home consists of his wife, Antonella and daughter, Gabriella.
